Parabolan is not without its negative side effects. The anabolic ratio of Testosterone is 100 while Trenbolone’s ratio is 500, so you can imagine how powerful this steroid is.

Some common side effects include: night sweats, “tren-cough” (only in the first two weeks) and “tren-dick” (which can be remedied by taking some form of Testosterone.) Also, we can expect to see some level of androgenic side effects with use of this compound. Oily skin, acne and hair loss are very rare but not uncommon during a cycle with this steroid. Aggressive behavior is also a notorious side effect of trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate. This side effect can be helpful in the gym but not so much in a “normal” environment.

Parabolan is quite toxic, therefore the duration of intake should be limited to a maximum of 8-12 weeks. Some research shows that Trenbolone Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate first off effects the kidneys, rather than the liver. Athletes using it in high doses and for longer periods often report about unusual dark urine. This is a symptom of kidney damage. Those who are using this compound should drink each day an extra 3 liters of water, because it helps to flush the kidney.

Since Parabolan does not cause water retention high blood pressure will rarely occur. Since Parabolan does reduce endogenous testosterone production, the use of testosterone stimulating medications such as HCG or Clomid/Nolvadex at the end of the cycle is advisable. As with all steroid cycles proper post cycle therapy will minimize a majority of adverse side effects. A prolonged parabolan cycle may even require the use of a bridging steroid like proviron that will provide testosterone to the body without shutting down natural production.

The androgenic nature of this drug of course makes it a very risky item for women to use, the chance for virilization symptoms extremely high with such a potent androgen. And since the hexahydrobenzylcarbonate ester will extend the activity of this drug for weeks, blood levels can be very difficult to control. Since many of the masculinizing side effects associated with steroid use can be permanent, it is not recommend for women. The only exception to this would be in very low doses and with extreme caution. Undoubtedly, the worst aspect is that some of the side effects in women may be permanent in nature long after use of the steroid has been stopped.

Remember, since Parabolan is no longer manufactured in its original form it is next to impossible to find it for purchase. However, since it shares similar properties as Trenbolone you can find it in other forms like Finaplix, Finajet or a number of underground versions of Trenbolone. There is no guarantee that you will experience the same results, however there are reviews that various types of Trenbolone produces nearly the same effects as Parabolan. Also keep in mind that all Anabolic Steroids are considered a controlled substance in the U.S. and illegal to have/purchase without a prescription from a medical doctor.
